Rockwall Texas, let's do the Rubber Duck thing

Well, my food truck, crew and I will be at the Rubber Duck Regatta at the harbor in the beautiful city of Rockwall, TX. Located just 20 minutes East of Down town Dallas, just off I-30. This city sits on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard and could not be a nicer place to live. 

I've lived here for over 10 years and wouldn't leave this place for any thing in the world. 

I'm excited that we will finally be able to have our food truck stand along side of some of the most well known, well liked and prestigious businesses in Rockwall. 

I'm telling you, If you would've asked me a couple of years ago if I would've thought this would ever happen, I would said nope! But, here we are, calling it a night so we can rest up and serve our town once again. Living our dream! 

So here's the scoop, We've got lots of fresh it fajitas, straight from the butcher, and hundreds of freshly made, authentic home style flour tortillas! Our food is made fresh on site. It's made to order, it never sees a heat lamp and most of all it tastes like heaven.
