Gosh, its been so darn long since my last post. So much has happened but the worst was that some where some how, I lost my muse.
I have had nothing to talk or write about for a while now.
Our food truck (which you can fin at larositatacos on facebook) has had tons of events and that is actually the reason why I have not had a moment to write. I have even begun canning my own salsa. That in itself was a big lesson and another day when I have enough time I will tell you all about that adventure.
Ever since our staff change our truck has been doing amazingly well. but, there was definitely a learning curve.
Lately we really feel like we are pros at what we are doing. We have the food measurements just about perfected and the inventory loss has pretty much disappeared. Let me just say, over buying was the worst. Coming home with so much food that would inevitably go in the trash was absolutely heart breaking. We gave lots of food away, but even then, it's still money lost....or I should say...money given away.
Anyway, those days are gone and so is the streak of bad luck we were having for a little while.
We cant thank our supporters and fans enough.
This weekend will be the weekend with an event. We will be finished for the winter season. If you live in North Texas, I would like to invite you all to come and find us in a town near you next spring and of course if that isn't possible you can do the next best thing...find us on facebook. There you will find lots of pictures of our events and our yummy food.

After I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new
comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment.
There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service?

Anonymous. I tried looking into your issue with the comments. First. I have no idea which post you commented on first. I have a few anonymous commenters.
Second, I think that maybe, and Im not sure, but if you look in the email that you get, there may be an unsubscribe link. Try that. I will keep looking into what I can do on this end but I have very little info.
