To my friends and family, please don't panic. I am not getting a divorce nor am I thinking about it. Wait, let me go see if the hubs picked up his dirty clothes.... OK, yes, he did, so he's safe, for now.
NO, but seriously. Recently, I was approached by someone via email asking if I have ever had to deal with divorce and if it was difficult. Well, I had to be honest, I have not, and really didn't know much about it. What I do know is how terribly it affects all those who are involved, like not just the parents but their children as well, and its worse if it is not handled properly.
So I did some research just to be better prepared on how to answer this email, when I found a really interesting and helpful web page.
Its a law firm that deals with many areas of law, but in this case I looked up divorce law. It has quite a few links but it was extremely easy to navigate. Best of all, the caring and compassion that this law firm has for those going through this type of thing is evident through out their web page.
My suggestion to any one going through divorce or looking for a divorce lawyer is to click on one of the links provided. This website will lead you in the right direction. It answers lots of questions, at least I know that it will be better at helping with this type of advice than I ever could.
