Week to week and Pat Green, and Fajitas on the side

Its been week to week lately.  What with all the food truck business going on around here, I really am having a hard time keeping up with this blog. So far every weekend this month is booked. I cant complain, and Im not. What I am is dog gone tired. Just as soon as we rest up from the weekend past, we have to get back to the grind of prepping for the next event.

This past weekend we were in the awesome city of Mesquite at their 6th annual Real Texas festival.
They had a quite a few musicians but the the one that really got the crowd going was Pat Green.
Boy did we get swamped at the window with excited concert goers wanting to wash down their beer with one of our great fajita tacos, nachos or quesadillas.

It really was so stinkin fun! And it was our most successful event yet. The best part is that we are booked again for this event for next year. Since its first come first serve we got first picks at the sign up list. They even told us that there is no more room to get anymore food vendors in to this event next year. I think I can say we were pretty lucky to get in this year and now to have a cemented seat into the event next year is just icing on the cake.

Just to give you an idea of how big this event is in N.Texas, I'll tell you that Blake Shelton performed there a couple of years ago, they also had the Josh Abbot band this year.

Anyway. EXCITED was the word this past weekend. Tired is the word for now and come This Friday it will be EXCITED all over again, since we will be at a Cinco de Mayo event in a town called Celina (in far N.TX)

So wish us luck and remember to come and find us on FACEBOOK. Tell your friends as well. We could use all the likes we can get. You dont have to come to our events to like us. Just come and check us out. We have lots of pictures of last weeks event and many more.
