Hi all!

Hope you all had a great week and weekend. I did. I actually am still stunned from this weekend.
I'm in shock because I am now the proud owner of a teenager. Yes, my oldest daughter turned 13 this weekend. You know what that makes me?  Well, you may say OLD, but I just say, the youngest and coolest mom to a teen that exists.....at least in this part of town.  BUT, EEEW, not young as in  teenmom kind of young. I am 25...... and have been...... for the last seven years.... haha!

Ok, well, Im in my EARLY thirties and fortunately I am coming to grips with that. Look, I'm just happy that my daughter and I can listen to the same kind of music & and that we like the same kind of clothes although I would never wear some of that stuff.
I'm just not that 30....20 something year old..uhm...young lady who wears boots with fur with sweats that say juicy on the butt. Cute, maybe, for a young 20 ish chick..

Anyway, I am really happy that we  are so close and can talk about anything & that we have so much in common, which is why if I do say so myself, I'm pretty sure that to her, I am a cool mom, minus the mom jeans..hahah

Any way,
I have a guest post below this one. I hope you all can stop by and read his work. I read it and its kind of a moving story.  Check it out and thank you in advance.

I'll be having more guest bloggers soon so keep coming back. I think its pretty fun and it keeps my work load a little light. hehehehe
