Hello Every one,
I hope every one had a GREAT Thanksgiving. I know I had a wonderful restful vacation. I am re-energized and ready to go. I got to see all my family together and best of all they devoured the turkey I made. I guess that meant they loved it. I am actually proud of my bird this year, it looked as beautiful brown and tasty as the ones you see on TV. I think the marinade I put it in for 18 hours really did the trick. Oh, and also just being patient. I realized that rushing the bird cooks it faster but, it never comes out looking like the perfect ones on TV.
So, let me get started today with letting you all know that we have a new member on the BlogPals list. Her name is Yesenia, her blog is still under construction but will hopefully be up soon. Also, Edyth's and Lori's pages are up and running. Edyth is still trying to get her arts and crafts together but, in the mean time, she will be posting some of her favorite poems. I wanted to let every one know about Amanda's page. I almost have no words for her page, its great! If you are looking for ways to make money from your PC, this lady has all the latest tips. Today Amanda is the lady of the day, I suggest every one check out her tips. I have and she has been a great source of help to me. I'm a bit of a newbie, so almost all her tips have helped me or some of my Pals in one way or another.

I also wanted to try something new. I have been thinking about posting Recipes and how to's on my Mexican food recipes. I have had a few friends ask me how to make this and that, so I thought I might ask you all if you would be interested too? I may even create a new blog just for the recipes. I'm going to add a POLL, make sure you vote. Don't worry about hurting my feelings either, JUST VOTE, I'd rather know the truth than be in the dark.
