Fall festivals are rockin

We've been extremely busy with our food truck! It's midnight and I'm wide awake. Thinking about our next move. Thinking about expanding our operation. Having a food truck and a food trailer. 

The trailer will be used for special events like the ones we've been doing, and the food truck will be for everyday use. Lunch rushes at local big businesses. 

It's a scary thought. I'm exhausted thinking about it, but my hubby is not happy at his job. He sees how happy he feels on the weekends when we work our events. 

He feels free. He is free. He's his own boss. We do what we know, what we love and most of all, what we know our customers love!
